Does not work fully

Bought it to replace an old one that failed. It supports RAID 1 OK (mirroring), but the BIOS hotkeys do not work so unable to rebuild a corrupted drive. There is a very basic Windows interface that can be downloaded, and this allows a new drive to be configured but not a recovery. As a result, had to back up the degraded drive then restore to a new RAID drive. This is an old product now, there are better ones around.
