Medical mysteries
Dr. Blake is a series that goes past the seeming obvious cause of death for the victims. Dr. Blake launches his own investigation at his own peril to identify the real cause of death. These investigations uncover plots with numerous twists and turns. The medical investigations are not graphic. Recommend the series as a study in human nature, and 'murder'.
Like all mysteries, would not recommend for young viewers.

The news on the home front!
Foyles War is a series worth watching. While the war rages across the channel crime continues in the country. Foyles in engaging, the character development during series is excellent. Michale Kitchen is supurb!

Incredible series - sit back and don’t be surprised when the ending isn’t what you predict!
This Season 24 complete my collection of Mid-somer murders. What a fascinating series, unpredictable, twists, red-herrings, and all the stuff that makes great evening watching. Once I complete watching I will restart, repeat the series. Highly recommend for mystery fans. Add the setting of rural England and it is full of surprises.
