New unit from manifacture
Great 9160 model and not refurb. So far no issues detected. Stepped up from 68xx level and now have pressure notification when brushing. This model has the app included as well.

Get the large for those with big heads
We got the large headgear and it replaces the original perfectly. They have updated the Velcro areas and now the hook part is smaller than the loop and will not contact the skin when worn.

AC-7260 (2013 model) that works flawlessly for decent 2.4ghz speeds
This model of 2.4g & 5.0g wifi/bluetooth 4.0 card is a very good and supported model (Intel released new driver in Nov 2016). It came in factory box with detailed instructions, small form factor/full size tower mounting brackets, and USB power cable for bluetooth connection (most towers have USB02 and some with USB03 connectors on the MOBO). The antenna is only 3" across and seems to function very well - no gripes. For Internet speeds on Time Warner/spectrum of 50mbs and we are now clocking at 69-70mbs after wifi card installation. Place this well documented and fully support card in and update the driver - done! Down the road if the main processor ever dies it can be removed from the slot board and purchased real cheap.
