not all of these models work properly

The one currently in use is a great Bluetooth. This is my 4th copy of this product. The first 2 were M55 models both suddenly stopped working close to the same time. My new replacement a plantronics M155 currently operates correctly. I purchased another one in white. Upon receipt of this purchase I found it would not charge up. Would not pair with my phone and wouldn't even turn on ! I requested a refund and will await to see if this refund appears on my account. No, I cannot give this item even a favorable recommendation .
