3.5 mil mylar bags
10 of 10 found this helpful If the bags were 5 mil for the price purchased it would be a great deal. I found if you moved the bags around to much after vacing and ox absorbers the seal would be lost in 5 out of 50 and they would have to be redone before storing in food safe pails. All in all they were ok but the thickness matters in my opinion....ROBB.....
