  High value items were not packaged well (individually placed in a cardboard box with loose carrier bags as only padding). I even asked (at point of payment) for items to be carefully packaged as they're collectables which wasn't done. Two items damaged in transit. One of the games doesn't work and sent two messages about this, both ignored with no response. Disappointing overall especially considering I asked in advance to take care of packaging.Also wasn't delivered by advert date. Poor!
