Customer support is awesome

Alex did everything that he could to not only help me with the purchase of the RVL69W but to also help me put together a complete system for my car
His suggestions were honest and without bias
In answering my numerous questions he went well beyond the scope of his responsibilities at Rockville in helping me
Alex will be the first person I contact the next time that I have need for any audio products

Best transmission additive on the market
I've tried other products for years but nothing works as well as Prolong products
I've been using it in my engine and transmission for the past 6 years.
I'm not a wealthy guy lol
The car I drive has super high mileage
The prolong products have extended the life of my car and lowered my repair bills

Good value for the money

I had to call tech support and once they logged on to the printer they were able to get it to work
Now having said that I must say tech support was exceptional !
The printer has stopped working twice since and all I had to do was power cycle the printer to get it working again
So overall the print quality is good enough, it's small and compact, tech support is awesome, and with the 4 months free ink it is a great value for the money
