Distributor needs to replace entire shipment with all critical parts.
The roof rack arrived in a timely fashion, however, there were critical missing parts. Cannot be installed on vehicle. Communicating with
the distributor to correct, send a replacement, or refund the order.
Need to be resolved soon; product necessary for immediate travel.
Cannot find missing parts locally.
Could be a good product if all parts included with shipment.
