I am 77 but still a hobbiest and inventor. My picture is 10 years old when I was 65. Like to do machining and amateur radio electronics. Did model airplanes as a youth. It’s neat to see all the new stuff and great radio control systems. Working on cnc machining and small cnc machines.

Pretty nice and durable style of mic. Easy to use. Will work on a variety of ham radios with an adapter cord made by Homemadehamparts company. Have one for Icom and Ten Tec. Built for Kenwood radios but very adaptable. Shop around and you can find a bargain. about $70 to $90 is the average.
For a few dollars you can buy a nice plug in that might just save your radio.
This Tuner module can prevent a lot of annoying tuning signals being transmitted
as well as strain on your radio's final. For $10 you can't go wrong.
All W2ENY's products are useful and affordable. Take a look?
