Easy tool.

Is a great value not a good value.
I like the really loud alarm. The only fault is that the plastic base of the sensor raises the sensor about 3/16" from the toilet floor, kitchen cabinet, lavatory cabinet, etc, and that is a "lot" of water. I installed the 4 that I acquired without the base. I glued the sensors with the provided double sided tape.
