Good product but has one minor issue....

Excellent product. Well made. Easy to use & easy to set up. ONE ISSUE: When issuing a command, the device OFTEN doesn't hear when volume is set to even a normal volume. For device to hear, volume must be turned down when giving the command, then back to normal volume. This bug is not a constant, but does happen often.
