It worked for what I needed it for but was not the size listed.
It was a bit smaller than a 3xl in size. I would guess it was a close in size. It fit but was a tad short from the crotch to the shoulders and a tight squeeze to get into. Worried all time it would split open.

It did not work for me but may for others.
This did not work for me. Tried wearing for quite awhile but would not stay on my face.

Too hard for back and head rest but otherwise a great value for legs.
It depends on what you ordered it for as I found it too firm to use as waiste and head rest. You cannot use a pillow on it for your head as it makes it too hard on your neck but if you buy for your legs it would be great. I still use it but it is not as nice as I had hoped. It was delivered in a faster time than had promised.
