Great flavor at any temperature.
My grandmother and mother used Watkins vanilla. I do too. It doe not loose it's flavor when used in cooking or freezing. It is double strength so use 1/2 of the recipe suggestion. More expensive brand than others, but worth it. Prices can very so need to do your homework.

Murdoch Mysteries Season 4
The entire 12 season series of Murdock Mysteries is great. Takes place in Canada at the turn of century from 1890-1900. Good character development, a smart detective, a strong woman, and likable characters. Some good twisting plots. Historical characters from the era sometime appear in an episode, such as Thomas Edison, Alexander Graham Bell, and Teddy Roosevelt. Both my husband and I look forward to the DVD since it only is on Canadian television.
