Great addition to the dragon-lover's library!
My 12 year old grandson was thrilled to receive this as a gift. He loves the illustrations and the fact that he can tote this mini-set around. The art on the bookcovers and case is wonderful and the product seems well-constructed. Overall, a great addition to the library of any pre-adolescent/adolescent dragon afficianado!

This Stuff Works!
I have been using Cold Snap for several years and have recommended it to family and friends. If taken before entering a cold-laden environment (airplane, classroom full of sniffling kids), it prevents colds. If taken at 1st sign of a cold, it limits feeling "blah" to 24 hours. You do not need to believe in "chi" or oriental medicine for this stuff to work for you. I am NEVER without a bottle of Cold Snap in the house.

Wonderful Introduction to Yoga
I watched Yoga Zone on tv years ago then purchased several DVDs when the program was no longer offered by my cable company. I lost the DVDs in a move and was very happy to find this replacement. "Yoga Basics for Beginners" is an easy-to-follow introduction to the basic breathing techniques and poses of yoga. The knowledgable and friendly instructors encourages you as you work through the 20-minute routine (there are 2 on the DVD). The pace is not so slow as to bore you and not so fast as to confuse you. This DVD focuses on the physical (rather than spiritual) aspects of yoga practice and is an inexpensive and enjoyable way for the novice to become familiar with yoga.
