I bought this battery because it advertised Fed Ex shipping. It was 20 dollars more than other sellers' prices. I didn't care as long as it was Fed Ex delivered to my house. The seller then shipped the battery USPS. This is called then "Bait and switch" They baited me in with Fed Ex shipping then sent the item USPS. If I wanted USPS shipping. I would have bought one of the other batteries that were only 35 dollars instead of 54 dollars. This is a deceitful business practice, and I'm not happy .

Received incorrect item, not only that it was a inferior brand to what it should have been, even if it was correct. Vendor took a day to respond to my issue by giving me a refund after causing me grief and additional expense. a refund and a sorry for your inconvenience as my vehicle was out for so long waiting on this f...**$! "wrong part". Avoid this vendor not the same as Rockauto online, just some chap representing the real company it seems. Real knock-offs in my opinion. Pissants

This has got to be the worst seller on eBay that I have ever dealt with. I ordered the item close to a month ago. Sent several messages to the seller asking about delivery never got a response. Then they put on the ad that it had shipped by FedEx with no tracking. Needless to say it never arrived. Avoid them at all costs. They should be banned from eBay.
