Escape from New York - DVD - VERY GOOD

An action movie classic!

I can see why this is an action movie classic. It has an all star cast, good acting with engaging characters, great futuristic concepts, riveting plot, and good special effects. Plus it has aged rather well, considering it was made in the 1980's. Some of the big names are: Kurt Russel, Lee Van Cleef, Donald Pleasance, and Isaac Hayes. If you like futurisitc movies, especially about the possibility of a future dystopian society, get this one!

Exactly what I needed!

This was exactly what I needed to repair my broken Toshiba L645D laptop computer. The motherboard arrived a day early, in good static free packaging. I was able to install it, using some tutorials online and general computer knowledge, and get my computer up and running in about an hour. Just what I needed!

Amazing what it can do!

I love these gadgets! This was the 2nd Echo Dot that I purchased, and I am even considering getting another. I am amazed at how it can understand my voice, even from across the room. I can command it to tell me all kinds of facts, encyclopedia articles, music, books, stories, audio streams, interactive games, and so much more. The audio quality is good, even for such a small device, and it can be connected via Bluetooth to other audio output devices. Setup is easy with a tablet that has WiFi Internet and Bluetooth. You don't need an Amazon Prime account to use it, but it sure helps, especially when you request certain content through Amazon. And the Amazon Alexa app for voice command recognition is getting smarter every day. Basically, anything on the Internet that can be audio based is yours for the asking!
