No power regulator needed. quite
Moves a lot of air without a lot of noise. See the hole..that is where you will have to connect a power supply (cord). If you have as many shot water pumps as I do you wont even have to spend any money. There is a connector already wired up with small screws to clamp your cord...not really crazy about it so I will eventually cut it out and solder my cord to a more sturdy connection.

Works like a camera battery chager
Leaves not doubt that a battery is fully charged or that in the case of a battery charging too quickly...one that needs to be replaced.

Made in Germany not China
The plastic case is heavy duty and does not make the same kind of noise as a metal cased fan. If you want to compare to other fans of its size you may want to check how many watts this model draws. Its rpm sounds like it may be 3/4 speed of some of the noisy fans.
