3 of 3 found this helpful This Fryer is very easy to operate, works great, and has been a great buy my wife and I. We have used it 7 or 8 times now, and it works flawless. The sides do get a little warm to the touch but the closed lid and filter system takes the smell away while cooking it and no spatter on counter. And this is one of the safest fryers that we have ever used. I would recommend this product to anyone, and it is just the right size for two or three people.
