Great lightweight saw that makes yard work so much easier!
6 of 6 found this helpful I bought this saw a couple months ago and absolutely love it! No more yanking a rope, toxic gas fumes or loud saw idling in between cuts. I found myself doing more because this saw makes it so much more simple. It’s not as powerful as a gas saw of course, but it does a lot better than I expected and rips right through everything. I’ve used it for pruning, cutting down wild trees and cutting up branches to size for firewood and it does wonderful. I’ve even cut down and then cut up a couple trees the full length of the blade and it went right through it without bogging down at all. I was impressed how easily it it did for such a light saw. I was using a Xr 8ah battery which did seem to give it a little more power. I use low amp batteries for smaller stuff and it does fine. I believe this is more aimed at home owners, but I’m sure it would come handy for on the job too. I would highly recommend this saw and have to several of my friends.
The pole saw is handy too if your thinking of adding that to your arsenal. It doesn’t have the power this does of course, but for pruning those hard to reach branches it’s great! Just be sure the blade is spinning before contact and it goes right through them very easily.
