    A week after I placed my order, the package apparently got lost or stuck in transit. I contacted Rick, and he followed up with USPS, who assured him it was still in transit. Due to the delay, he offered me a refund, but because I really needed (wanted) this cutter, I was willing to wait. We stayed in contact, and today it arrived - perfectly packed, looked just like the photo, and was very sharp! I would do business wth him again.
