  Shipped out and arrived quickly, and appears to work as it should. However, when I opened and pulled out the item it was covered in dust. So it's questionable if item was new or not. It definitely was out of the box for quite sometime for that much dust to collect on it. It wasn't that big of an issue to me, (because of the price that I bought it for) and I never contacted the seller about it. That being said, I'm happy with the purchase and would buy from seller again. Thank you.
