Seller was always responsive when there was questions. Also, willing to work with the buyer. Pictures are difficult to ship and handling of those large packages need extra care. Even though the seller did an excellent job of packing, the shipping company wasn't as careful and box was pretty smashed and damaged which caused some frame damage. Love the picture - she is beautiful.
