  Deadbeat... You can't leave feedback without clicking "positive" from the seller, or Ebay will not allow truth. "Roja-Feli" won the auction, but then proceeded to waste time and act like he was going to buy the motorcycle by slowly filling out the Caramel paperwork. Then he dipped when it was time to fund the transaction. It took way too much time and a bunch of messages and phone calls to Ebay and Caramel to get it sorted - all because he refused to pay for what he bought.
