this Wheeler set is odd...
0 of 1 found this helpful The brass hammer is tiny, meant for tapping, some gun, weapon, rifle, pistol pins and parts require more than a light tap which is all that this hammer can do. Yes, you don't want to smash a brass punch with force but gently tapping often doesn't work for many weapon parts. Now, having said the above, this set worked well when working on parts of an old, 34 years old, Kalashnikov whose pins and parts are well worn BUT one doesn't want to do any potential damage to this piece of history. So, this set has it
it's place, just not many for me.

Great 1/32 Car
The Scalextric GT40 is a car I've raced for 5 years, it rides on a proven Scaley chassis, it corners well, and when set up properly, can blast down the straights too. Not going to delve into a great detail of what I do to make it run even better suffice to say, this car is fun to run and race. I said it's not durable however, that's the body which actually can be prep'd with a little cyanoacrylate (super glue) to keep those particular parts (front hood and exhausts) from becoming annoying lose or worse, missing parts. The chassis tough and proven and the car is light and quick, ESPECIALLY after switching out the stock hard rubber rear tires with some silicones, also available on EBay.

I can't say this car is durable but it's fast & adheres to the track well. When one is racing, high speeds are reached & collisions occur, cars break
