It works!
I bought this item as replacement for the blade in my armored cable cutter, it was a perfect fit and it worked flawlessly. I am a happy and very satisfied customer.

Lives up to press
Finally, a Garlic Press that really presses garlic. I read about this device in a Chinese Food cook book and thought I'd give it a try. (I already have two devices that go by the name of 'garlic press') When it arrived it looked sturdy enough, but the proof was in the pressing. Love this machine, it actually does what it's supposed to do - press garlic! It is easy to use, easy to clean, and worth every penny. You will not be disappointed with this device.

Absolutely the best!
I bought this book primarily to learn how to make sausage and bacon. Well, that it had and so much more, all written in a simple, straightforward manner that removes intimidation from the most daunting tasks. There are no glossy photos (other than the cover) in this book, rather it is filled with a solid storehouse of information on prepared meats. It is welcomed addition to my library on food.
