Rod holders

I bought the rod holders because the picture indicated that the holders were 3/8 diameter. But, they turned out to be 1/2 inch when they arrived. The packaging didn't even have the 3/8 in ID that was on the package displayed on the advertisement. I already have 3/8 bases attached to my boat, the holders I received didn't fit. I needed them for this 3 day weekend. I guess I'm out of luck. Very disappointed.
