It messure your vertical oscillations
The difference with the more expensive HRM-RUN is that this one only messures your vertical oscillations, I was expecting the whole package because I think Im not running correctly and wanted to improve.
This will not make you run better, it will give you a few information about you running dynamics so yo can be aware of them.
In all other aspects, its another HRM that will work with your garmin devices (I have it with the Fenix 3 HR, it should work with other devices just like a HRM...hope so)

It's ok
Works fine if you need to put it in a bag or a case when the big one does not fit. I use this to put it into my bagpack when I ride or hike
