I will definitely order again but in a larger size. The shirt does what it said it would help with.
I have been trying to find something that would help with my shoulders & fall that I had & my lower back had been hurting with no relief. I wasn't sure what size to really order so I started with X-large of which is very tight & snug, which is helping my shoulders to straighten up & my lower back pain. I will be ordering again, but a much larger size. Am pleased with the posture shirt.

Would recommend and getting adjusted to all the settings
Have to be familiar with all the settings & need a power bank for it as well. Can't sleep with it on. Need during the day!!!!!
