Easy setup on all devices, Great Value, and DOES what it says it does.

I can't believe how easy it was to use this. I was up and running within about 10 minutes and it has been solid as a rock ever since. As a habit, I always download and install the newest firmware for a product as soon as I get it. Just about the only complaint I have about the My cloud is the color. It is sitting in between two books on a bookshelf and it kind of stands out. I have been running a server for years, and this is so much easier. Not to mention energy savings by not having to run the server 24/7. I have it on my phone, my tablet and my Laptop and I can access it anywhere in the world. Love it!

It clearly had been opened up to get worked on, previously. One of the corners on the machine wasn't aligned right and didn't sit properly on a flat

It clearly had been opened up to get worked on, previously. One of the corners on the machine wasn't aligned right and didn't sit properly on a flat surface. After I turned it on, I realized that it leaked a lot of water under the machine. It was cheaper to buy the broken part, than it was to send it back to the seller minus the $54 shipping, if I had returned it. After the seller listed the item as "excellent condition", I don't see how that could have been overlooked. It was GUSHING water.
