A native New Yorker, Ron is a prolific author of plays, screenplays, novels, and short stories, both comedic and serious, many available for perusal on the Booksie and Amazon websites. A published playwright (Brooklyn/Heuer Publishers), former magazine editor and advertising proofreader, his one-act plays have been staged in Manhattan and throughout the country. Fleas on the Dog magazine website published two of his humorous pieces in issues No. 13 and 14.

Great little plugs!
These seem preferable to the silver and cork plugs -- light, easy to pop in.

Lots of goodies packed into a gummy, including important extras like the probiotic Bacillus Coagulans
It's tasty. Easy to digest. And contains an intriguing blend of your usual vitamins with extracts from fruits and vegetables, including Ashwaganda, as wekk as the all-important probiotic Bacillus Coagulans. Rainbow Light vitamins are just that -- beneficial, but light on the gut.

Align is the best!
For IBS, the only two probiotics I've found to be helpful are Align and bacillus coagulans. The other probiotics, all of them, haven't made any difference.
