magnet not strong enough...

As the ad States, the magnet is strong enough to hold the bit in place, but to get 5 stars with me it has to also hold the screw, which it does not. But to be fair the expensive Milwaukee brand is the only one that I have found to actually do that. Otherwise it's a pretty good bit holder, but it's a big time Saver if it holds the screw as well.
