Ridgid 22002 works.
The Ridgid R22002 does what it is expected to do, just fine. No complaints, and I recommend it.
Somewhere back in 2018 Ridgid dropped the separate 1/4" collet and went to an insert.
The 1/4" collet is no longer available, as are other parts, since the machine is not manufactured in 2022. Also, the Skil Router Table, RT-1039 dropped support for this machine, although it was advertised to support it (and other non-Skil machines) in the past. The mounting plate needs to be drilled to fit, and the table drilled for the T-handle height adjustment. With mods, the R22002 works well with the table. I used 1/4" bits with the insert on several small projects.
