They are the correct plugs for my 2012 M...
They are the correct plugs for my 2012 Mercedes Benz S550 W221.173 M278.928 4.6 Lt twin trubo. Installed and started with no proplems. A side note is that since using these plugs my highway gas milage has increased by 2.5 mpg ( 26 to 28.5).

Works like advertised.
It was in good shape (clean, no broken plastic, good wiring connections with no need for further OBD/ star programing. The replacement part was one number removed from the original part. In other words it was built two units after the original part at the factory. Perfect for me. My original unit was overworked from a air leak under the drivers seat that I did not hear hissing until too late. The vehicle is a 2001 Mercedes Benz S-430 W220 M113.

Does not fit exactly, it bunches up in places around the windshield. The quality is less than I expected. Otherwise it will do.
