Honkning big quarter-inch plug missing from tire repaired with patch that is questionable.
a honking big patch was unevenly applied to a quarter-inch puncture...which I'm going to have to have the MO Highway Patrol inspect for legality in this state. While there was a caveat that the tire may be repaired a hold this size goes too far beyond which is normally a puncture which is easily and safely patched.

Too weak, not good design for intended purpose
Unless it is in strong direct sunlight this weak sister takes 5 seconds or longer to build up enough power to make one squirt of about 6 inches in height. A buffering battery or capacitor needs to be used to build up enough storage to run this device more continuously when clouds obscure or dim the sun on nearly all days. When in a shaded area this device is really puny and provides no real benefit to pond or birdbath aeration as intended.
