2 PCS Solar Powered Submersible Pond Spotlight 6 LEDs Underwater Warm White
    Apr 21, 2018
A Nice Little Spotlight @ A Nice Little Price
I purchased two of these single waterproof solar powered spotlights for use on my garden patio. They work well either in the water, lighting up a small fountain, or to light a plant or other feature for dramatic effect in a dimly lit setting, such as the patio with subdued torch, lantern or string lights at night. They're not meant to brightly light up anything for viewing from a distance (such as a flag at night), but the warm white light gives a pleasant glow and contributes to a relaxing atmosphere. With good sunlight exposure on an averages day, they hold enough of a charge to last at least 4 hours without dimming, and probably much more, but it's been too chilly lately to wait them out and see exactly how long they last! A couple of things to mention: I chose the single light version as opposed to the multiple light versions because I wanted to get the longest lighting time possible instead of dividing the power of the single solar panel and battery between multiple lights; for example, two lights using one solar panel/battery will last only half as long as one light to one solar panel/battery. The other thing I wanted to mention was that at first, I thought my new lights weren't working properly, because even after a full day of charging in good sunlight, they would not turn on. Then it dawned on me: LED=Light Emitting DIODE. Duh! A diode is like a water check-valve, in that it only allows (electrical) flow in one direction. The connector between the solar panel and the light is not "keyed", so I disconnected it and turned one side 180 degrees, reversing the polarity, and they worked perfectly! I love my little solar spotlights and plan to purchase more very soon!

    Super Cool and Extremely Convenient!
I had a Sony 300 CD changer for years before, but lost it when my ex-wife burned my house down. I decided to gradually replace the things I enjoyed most, and this was one of them. Although these units are very deep front to back, this is necessary for the space needed for the disc carousel (but it's still less room over all than 400 CDs in jewel cases). You may have to cut out the back panel of a shelf unit, but it's worth it for the convenience of having your entire CD collection accessible at the push of a button. Even if that takes two units (800 CD capacity), they can be linked to work together. It may just be my particular unit, but it seems sensitive to the tiniest imperfection on the CD, such as an almost unnoticeable smudge, but once cleaned, the CD played w/o problem. I burn a back-up copy of all my CDs on CD-R and use them in the player (and in my car CD changer) so that the original CDs stay pristine, and the Sony MegaStorage CDP-CX455 CD Changer plays the CD-Rs well. (It also plays CD-RWs.) I haven't used this unit for playing MP3s yet, but I may do that in the near future, since I have a large collection of them on my computer. You can label each CD slot so that the name of the CD shows on the readout when it is playing, or the Changer reads text info already on some newer CDs and automatically shows the artist/album and each song title as it begins to play. Title input can be done on the changer alone, or a keyboard plugged into the PS2 input on the front will make it much quicker and easier. Overall, this unit is super-cool and so convenient; set it to continuously play one album and stop or each album in order, one after the other, shuffle songs on one album (or MP3 folder), shuffle all songs on all 400 albums randomly, shuffle or alternate with a second Sony CD or DVD changer (without pause, fading out/into each selection if desired -or not). Like I said before, it's super-cool and extremely convenient. It will save handling accidents and "normal" wear and tear on your CDs, and you'll wonder how you ever did without it!

2 SKELETON BIRDS creepy Scary Bones DEAD HALLOWEEN Shindig Party Posable!
    Aug 10, 2018
Good quality and a good size
These skeleton birds are sturdy and made well (not warped), so they stand up and don't fall over easily, as some poorer quality skeleton figures are prone to do. They are small, but not tiny, about the size of a large Jay bird. The heads are a little bit large for the body size, which gives them a slightly cartoonish look, and not so scary, but if you're looking for an accurate representation of a bird's skeleton, then these aren't for you. With their "bone feathers", they wouldn't pass muster for a science project, but the imaginative bone feathers help get a clear impression across easily. They are otherwise reasonably realistic, and perfect for a fun kind of scary effect.
