2 of 2 found this helpful "Mom" friendly and easier to download stuff and navigate than the Eclipse and other brands .As far as sound quality, that depends on where you're getting your music from. I mostly use Amazon. Some songs are :quieter" than others, but that depends on which suppliers are used that are furnishing the music to Amazon and I-Tunes, etc and what the quality of the digital copy is/was. I love the Walkman!
