SSDMRE4 is THE SHIZNIT!!!
IMO...it's absolutely the best screwdriver ever made!
Has the torque to bust free seized screws that the straight handled version can't handle. Pun intended.
I love the ability to start screws by turning the plastic cap on the shaft. Not one other version does this. The shaft cap on new ones reverses ratcheting direction, which I truly hate.
Super easy to fix as well.
Contact Snap On for a SSDMRE4 rebuild kit...they don't offer one but will send you a free current model replacement.(Well, they did for me.)
But guess what!!!??? The rebuild kit for the SSDMR4whatever (the straight hard handle version) IS the exact same replacement parts. They share the same innards!!
I don't know why S-O dislikes the best screwdriver they've ever made but I buy them up and give to friends and family as gifts....as I have a few...just need to get that rare Yellow SSDMRE4 for my collection.

Best mount I've ever owned.
This mount is well worth it's cost. Excellent design, solid construction and easy to install.
