Lenovo Windows 8.1 Pro Operating Systems Recovery Disc and Drivers 3.0 Lot M267
    Jun 27, 2017
    64-bit only!
I was looking for recovery disks for 32-bit Windows 8/8.1 for a ThinkPad Tablet 2, and somehow missed the fact that this set is only for 64-bit, so I could not use it. My fault!
OPENBOX NEW Microsoft Display Dock DOC MIC HD500 MIC950 BLACK
    May 10, 2017
Works as designed by Microsoft with Lumia 950
Fully enables the Continuum technology with about any external monitor that uses HDMI connectivity, and USB keyboard/mouse (if not using a Bluetooth keyboard/mouse). I have a Motorola Lapdock originally meant for use with Droid Atrix and Bionic mobile phones that works fine with the dock for a very portable mobile setup. However, special cables/adapters are needed for the Lapdock's micro USB and HDMI "external jacks". The only limitation with the Lapdock is that its USB ports do not have enough amperage to power the HD500 dock, and thus the phone, while in use, so the phone will only work with this setup while its battery lasts, although it can be trickle charged between uses by the Lapdock's USB port while not connected to the HD500 dock, so charging and using can be done in alternation while on the go.
    Kano 1002D Computer Screen Kit
    Apr 03, 2018
Decent quality, but bulky, odd orientation
The 1280x800 image is good, and it was easy to connect a RPi, but the upright position shows a an inverted image with stock RPi distros like Raspian. It seems a Kano OS utility is expected to rotate the image 180 degrees for that view (Xrandr did not work for me to do that the "Unix/Linux Way"). It would be ok as is if you want to use the screen in tablet mode which requires manually turning the whole unit 180 degrees when laying it down on its back with the slight uptilt from screen bottom to top. The other Kano-specific "feature" is a pair of tabs on the back side of the screen backing that appear to be made to allow snapping the Kano RPi case in place. My generic case does not have the necessary cutouts for that, so it lies loosely inside the back cavity. That cavity with the snap-on clear plastic frame piece that extends the sides is rather deep to house all the components that could be connected such as the RPi/case, cables, and any pieces attached to the RPi such as a power supply (or portable USB battery such as a Mophie for cell phones) and provides the tablet mode tilt on its back, or upright mode (with inversion to flip with the Kano video setting utility). The deepness of the frame makes it more like an all-in-one form factor than a tablet in its thickness, but that's not bad for a hobby unit. Note, too, that the screen is NOT a touch screen.
