  The knitting pattern is as described in the ad, however the quality of the paper used and the packaging for post were disappointing. The pattern was finally delivered today, late, and has put me off using this seller again.

  The paper is 90gsm which is better quality than most printer paper and the packaging was as described ie lightly folded to keep postage costs low which is made clear in the listing so had you read that, you would not be disappointed.. I cannot control Royal Mail however and they are running late nowadays, for whatever reason. If I could it would have arrived sooner

  This seller doesn’t like complaints and is rude. Other buyers have the same opinion (see neutral feedback). It’s the buyer’s fault who does not read. Overcharged on 2 pieces A4 see below. Postage overcharged for a 2nd class stamp. Ebay stepped in and refunded. The buyer has now blocked me. Good. I have 100%. She doesn’t. Wonder why?

  This buyer only has 2 feedback in past year as seller no wonder it's 100%. She expected a complicated glossy pattern despite the accurate description of very easy beginner level pattern. Lied about not matching description - had she read it she'd have known what to expect, no one forced her to purchase. No one was rude to her but she did not like the fact that she had no valid claim. Had to report her to Ebay for abusing money back policy and Ebay agreed and refunded her not me.
