I have to re-drill my original brackets on the upper hanger 7/16 from a 3/8 I could use the brackets that came with it, but I still have to drill hole

I have to re-drill my original brackets on the upper hanger 7/16 from a 3/8 I could use the brackets that came with it, but I still have to drill holes for those twice with my traction bars. I’ll have to make another modification.
