Very, very, very poor quality and performance.
Item says 10 hours to charge and 20 hours of hearing aid use time. It shows charged much quicker than 10 hours (not a plus); because I only get 2 to 6 hours of use time before batteries drop out. If they were close to the times indicated, they would be acceptable; but 2 to 6 hours use is a big hassle changing batteries in public after they go dead. DON'T BUY THIS ITEM, IT DOESN'T PERFORM VERY WELL AT ALL. Way to expensive for the very poor performance they deliver..... RUN AWAY AND DON'T BUY.

Nice upgrade surprise.
Great fix on this extended battery. The base of the battery has been changed to fit more of the Baofeng radios (like the UV-5R+Plus). The rest of the battery is the same as the earlier models; has side plug for charging straight from adapter cord and works great in the Baofeng chargers supplied with the radios.

Extra power plugs...
Great item and works very well. A big plus is the cigar lighter plugs have individual on/off switches and you don't have to pull the chord out to turn items off. Price is at the top of what I would consider reasonable; but, the truth is; I would buy another one at the same price, so I am sold.
