Mixed bag. It's functional but one weird "feature"
It does almost everything you'd want from a tripod. All the features work, but you wouldn't want to subject this to any kind of abuse (dropping, etc.)
The only bad thing is the alignment dimple for attaching items like a spotting scope seems to be on the wrong side. If you mount your scope, the handle you use to tighten the mount and pivot the scope will be in front of the scope, not back where you are.

When they say "mini" they aren't kidding
I was kind of shocked at how small this is. If you're looking for small, this is for you!
For less than $2.00, you really can't be disappointed.
