  Actually, what i said was you need to contact the postal carrier which YOU choose. All i did was drop the box off and the carrier you decided to use was responsible for packing and shipping. They were fine when i dropped them off not to mention you sent me a picture showing 1 plate broke now all of a sudden, they were all broke? At the end of the day you paid nothing for them so im not sure what the issue is. Hope you and yours have a merry Christmas!!!!!
