Already recieve my merchadise !!

I am having trouble with the machine. Do not know if it's the cord or if it's the handle where you connect the cord. Please help I still do not have a message of what can I do with my machine. I bought the machine , received on time, but when tested the handle where you installed the cord is broken and does not let my machine work.
