Questionable for gray hair.
I am in my 60's and was looking for something that would "polish" up my gray hair. Although the product did smooth my hair I did not notice any increase in actual shine. It also made my just shoulder length hair very heavy. I tried both method suggestions with same results. It may have a totally different effect on hair that isn't gray; but I was disappointed.

Can you do your own French manicure?
I love Zoya products. I've never had polish that made my nails so strong and lasted so long without chipping or flaking. If you can give yourself a French manicure by yourself this is a great kit for you. Polishes are excellent base coat is awesome and the top coat is lovely and has a nice satin finish for a natural looking manicure. But the bottle of white is wasted on me. I'm in my 70s and my hands just aren't as steady as they once were. Lol. So it was a waste for me to buy this kit. I wish I had bought the bottles of Polish individually. So I can recommend the Polish but I would not recommend the kit unless you have very steady hands and can do your own French manicure.
