great for colon cleansing
I take this product for colon cleansing and it works great. I digest food a lot better after taking it.

delicious strawberry glaze
1 of 1 found this helpful This strawberry glaze has a delicious strawberry flavoring what makes my strawberry cakes taste even better. It is easy to cook. I mix a package of the strawberry glaze with 3 tablespoons sugar in a small pot, add 1 cup water, stir and bring it to a boil. I spread the glaze with a tablespoon over the strawberries. It jells quickly and it gives the strawberries a beautiful shine.

great for better sleep
I take it a half hour before bed time and I sleep so much better. It really does promote restful sleep.
