I've never spent this much on one lure in my life (which is now significant), but after catching over 150 smallies on only two trips, the cost justifies itself. I lost my first lure after hooking a lunker and got cut off on something sharp because the beast was in charge of the run, went behind a rock and severed my line. I'm up to about 80 fish on number two just on the next trip alone!!! I've now ordered over a dozen.
