This Fan is Dell OEM for Several Dell Models including Dimension 9100 and 9150

If you have to replace the card cage fan in your Dell 9100 or 9150, this is the OEM model to get. Otherwise, the system BIOS will not recognize the fan and you get an error message everytime you boot up. You can clear this error message by pressing the F1 key and your computer will boot up properly, but why have this hassle by using a non-OEM fan? The Dell Mfr Part No. for this fan is C8563 and it is typically used as a Card Cage Fan.
