  The accordion arrived promptly (well packaged). However, the accordion arrived with many critical hard to find parts, and the accordion seemed wrongly reassembled from a failed projects. When I complained that the seller's listing in pictures and words fail to indicate the said accordion have missing parts, the seller indicates that the accordion does not work and for parts only. Nevertheless, that logic does not excuse the seller's obligation to disclose the missing parts in the listing.

  I was impressed by the sweet sound of this accordion in the video provided. It was received very well packaged and protected. She’s an Old Gal for sure. Yes, cracked plastic outer case, peeled surfaces, a few keys slightly depressed, but still functional. I’m still not sure if I made a mistake, but $ was limited. I would like to talk to the seller about some things, but overall a positive experience.

  Shipping, packaging, and value, i have not complaints. When I received the item, the accordion did not work properly, the bass buttons did not work, the air button did not work as well. I sent the accordion for repair and this will cost me more than the price than I purchased it. The item did not work as described.
