Rigel Systems Quikfinder

A cut above the basic red dot.

This is a pretty convenient finder to use, and it has some nice features. The ability to vary the pulse rate from "on all the time" to "mostly off" is more useful than I imagined it would be. Between that and the brightness adjustment, it's easy to find the right amount of red for the situation. The vertical height of the optics above the telescope tube is a big plus. So far, the only down side I have found is that the foam mounting strips are not really sticking well to the base. This is a minor thing, and I will switch over to either screwing the base to the scope, or perhaps gluing it down with hot glue.

Pretty good screws at a pretty good price.

These are good screws for the price. The finish is not great, but they do what they are supposed to do at a price that makes up for their shortcomings.

Pretty good slippers

This is my second pair of these. My first pair lasted for four years. Well, no... they really lasted for three; I just wore them for four. I'd still be wearing them if the soles had not worn out. These slippers are an excellent value. They are warm, durable, and they are available in a wide width.
